They would bring the class room mascot (stuffed animal or whatever) home for a weekend of adventure and the kids would have to take it back on Monday and tell the class what exciting things they did with it. Most of the other little kids would bring back the mascot on Monday with a story of going to the zoo or visiting grandma. My kids would bring a video of taking the mascot skydiving to show the class!
