My brother had the same thing happen to him back in the early 80's . He fell aprox. 40 feet and crushed his heel. Had to have surgery; pins and a bodycast! Nice of his friend to do that, yes? Hey, it happens. He was out of the sport for over 12 years! Now we jump together, OBVIOUSLY! lol It was un-intentional and partly my fault. (Long story). But it happened at Chicks Rock '06 so maybe I'll tell you about it if you make it out for '08. :-)

That's BRUTAL! Sorry it happend. I sprained my left ankle on Oct. 1st, 2006 at Chicks Rock when my older brother cut me off on final. Nice guy! :-)

Yeah, that was an interesting jump...kid in a downplane for 12,000 ft....Spence and I were really wondering if he would ever free that main...
